William Kutsch has been a court reporter for twenty-eight years and has written articles in the New York State Shorthand Reporters Association magazine on court reporting for the hearing impaired in the New York courts. This is his first work published by a major publisher. He has been a lifelong resident of Setauket, Long Island, New York. He is married and has three children.
